Hello, I'm having trouble charging my Fenix 5x Plus Sapphire. When I look at the pins on the charging port on the watch they look damaged. I have purchased multiple new cables and that didn't work.

If your Garmin Fenix 5 Plus previously charged, then this problem is probably just due to dirty connectors. Use a piece of tissue paper and lightly dip it in rubbing alcohol and gently cleanWireless Charging. I spent nearly £700 for a Garmin Fenix 5X and less than three years later it doesn't work any more because the charging contacts are clogged up. When I read up on the problem it's caused by charging when wet which coats the contacts in some way.
6062767 over 2 years ago. Fenix 5x won't turn on and won't charge. I have tried two different power cables and cleaned the contacts with alcohol swabs as suggested. It's just a blank screen, no blinking lights, nothing. Please help.
