The dlc did not thrill me for the money, more like community made mods, so I saved the money up and spent the money on New dawn. I think fc5 and new dawn is far better then fc5 with dlc. None of the DLC contain extra story and missions for the main fc5 story, they are like separate mini games. edit.

New Dawn was a cool concept that was inconsistently executed at best and awful at worst. I don’t think being rushed was the only reason why it came out the way it did. Far cry 5 is bigger and a proper sequel to the series considering the gameplay mechanics and graphics. Primal is a more of a spin off BUT in a unique way which makes it one of the best fps experiences i had. Weapon variety was somewhat lacking in Primal. That and the constant resource gathering was tedious.
