TW needs to lower the number of players required for it to launch a game into pre-match mode imho. People able to fight around in pre-match mode while they're waiting would probably get more people to try to join matches. TW already did in 1.4.0 and Siege was packed the last few nights because of it.

Still no dedicated servers, which was the lifeblood of the community and its social hub, it allowed mods to emerge too. By the way the mod "Bannerlord Online" probably got 100 times the work done by modders than the team on the actual official multiplayer. They do it for free while people paid 50 bucks to TW.
