Go to in "Calls" (the icon in the form of a handset). Check that the section is "Dialing" (Not "Contacts" and not "Favorites"). Click on the three dots in the upper right corner. Click "Call Settings". Swipe to the bottom and click "Voice mail". There are two menus available here:

Not a "flagship" phone by any means but works great. Bought this to give to a family member that had an older flip phone. Screen looks good and is very clear and bright. Calls sound good even when on speaker. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the amount of on board memory. Overall a good phone for your Tracphone account
